Allow tagging of roles for giveaway

When creating a giveaway, can you add the option to tag / @ a specific role? Lot of the time members don't know a giveaway is happening - would love to be able to tag the post they need to react to.

role specific giveaways won't be added. consider using a different bot or utilizing discords permission system correctly. everyone who can see the message can enter the giveaway.

For clarification, this feature request is specifically for GiveawayBot to ping a specific role in the giveaway message; this is not a request to limit giveaways to a specific role.

Limiting giveaways to specific roles is already possible. To do this, hold the giveaway in a channel that only users with that role can see; you can only enter a giveaway if you are able to see it. Conversely, if you can see a giveaway, you are always able to enter it.
