Title feature: please add endpoint for base fee.

Short Description:

  • Unable to get 0.075% fee via api. would be important if fees change and code needs to factor in fees.

For info: /sapi/v1/bnbBurn can be used to switch on or off the use of BNB to pay, but so far nothing found on how to find the 0.075% !
