update proxy agents libs

You should update:

  • https-proxy-agent
  • socks-proxy-agent

Those libs use an old version of agent-base which change the default HTTP/HTTPS clients see: https://github.com/TooTallNate/node-agent-base/blob/4.2.1/patch-core.js

It can cause issues because it's a global change
