file crawler file extension is case sensitive

After many hours debugging I figured out that the file crawler was looking for pdf files, but all my pfd files had the extension PDF. I've tried to add PDF to the pdf parser extension list but I got an error that this extension already exists.

So for the next version, please ignore the case of the file extension.
