Use not a deprecated helm chart for cassandra

Problem

Currently using the Cassandra helm chart from the old incubator chart repository, which is deprecated for some time and should no longer be used.

I also would like to see this as I am unable to set the securityContext of the incubator cassandra chart - Please update to a non depracated active chart.
