[Feature]: Add a section in the K8s Operator section to

Requirement

Need to add a section in K8s Operator section.

Problem

There are few issues like like issue-1289 in jaeger-operator code which has the side effect of their solution like #2283.

In that case we need to have a section in the K8s Operator section where we can inform user about the side effect of the solution and the guidelines to avoid the side effects.

Please go through the discussion happened on the #2283 to get the more understanding.
