Add Tidal source for Tracks

Add Tidal source for tracks. Build is needed after merging PR.

What is the performance impact of this? How long does it take to load ~1,000 tracks from Tidal? Bearing in mind that this would be cached locally (in your browser), but it would need reloading to stay up-to-date.

mopidy-tidal is undergoing a huge update. It will be released soon.

@jaedb With latest version of Mopidy-Tidal (and latest version of tidalapi) it takes around 8 seconds to load around 600 tracks (when in Iris Tracks page selecting Tidal as the only source and clicking Refresh).
