[Featture Request] Scroll bar with A-Z sections for albums/artists/songs

Thanks for this - a really neat looking frontend!

I have a suggestion that I've used in other MPD software that I thought was pretty useful: showing A-Z in the scroll bar to allow jumping alphabetically through the album/artist/song list

Along with #263 this would make browsing through a collection really natural...
