Allow to share URLs/files to play in the PWA

Problem to solve

It would be nice of I could use the Android share feature to play things directly on mopidy. I use this quite frequently with Kore to play stuff on Kodi:

Proposed solution

According to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Progressive_web_apps/Manifest/Reference/share_target this should be possible to add to the manifest of the PWA.

Fyi you can do this today with Mopidy Mobile Android app. Although installing another whole app just for that is clunky I agree, and integrating here is nice too.

Sadly mooidy mobile isn't maintained anymore and doesn't work on newer Android devices: https://github.com/tkem/mopidy-mobile/issues/248

I had no idea, it still works on my pixel 8a. I think it was installed automatically when I upgraded. Sad times
