Allows for stats going back to 1950 season and playoffs stats

I added functions to client that allow to to got playoff stats. And also added total rebounds to the list of box score stats being collected since offensive and defensive rebounds weren't being recorded until later on. I also added the names of all renamed and defunct teams that have played since the 1950 season.

I'm more than happy to add the playoff stats and the extra fields, but I am hesitant to start adding more defunct teams or support for older seasons just yet, before doing a full audit of the changes for different APIs.

Sorry if that's annoying, I'd just prefer to make sure that support for these older seasons exists for most, if not all APIs, and not just a subset of them.
