SGX Driver compile error on Linux 4.6.0. You can fix this problem by https://github.com/01org/linux-sgx-driver/pull/6/commits/f7090fa5fe9320342e0abdc575f556b73fe4add4

or adjust new sgx driver.

Thank you for pointing out the bug and the solution! Actually, the current version in github has a bunch of bugs .. :( I am very sorry for this if some people are embarrassed and spend their time because of bugs I will soon fix them
