Improve documentation

Documentation needs improvement in some areas, such as:

  • Modularity (separation between mod_restful, mod_restful_admin and mod_restful_register)
  • How to create mod_restful_register requests

How do I install this module?

You build it, then place the .beam files where ejabberd can find them. Then you configure ejabberd according to the README file. Note this only works for ejabberd 2.x so far.

Sorry about my ignorance. :) Is this proccess the same for Mac OS?

There shouldn't be any difference I suppose, but I have never tried.
