acl:

The 'admin' ACL grants administrative privileges to XMPP accounts.

You can put here as many accounts as you want.

admin: user: - "admin": "192.168.11.78"

Unable to start ejabberd with admin user enabled..... when I comment the last three lines, it starts fine... this is ejabberd v13.12
