adjustable toolbar

It would be great feature to have adjustable toolbar, some feature that I'm looking for are :

  • [ ] icon size
  • [ ] move to bottom, left or right
  • [ ] show only icon with tooltip

I might add more later but those what I think most useful feature for now. Thank you for this amazing plugin.
