Configure git-control behavior

It would be very nice to configure the behavior of TreeView. Right now, per example, it selects all changes by default. I prefer when they are not selected by default and I can pick which I want. This is a example, but there are other nice configurations.

I second this: changed files should not be selected by default - makes entire process less error prone.
