Frank!Runner is now using 3.0.0-20240612.114716 (and 2.27.1-20240202.120321 for 8.1 and lower). I haven't seen this exception while changing and testing Frank!Runner
So actually the problem is: Console doesn't auto reload after insert of a new config in the database
