read instance for base types (IPv4, V6, Mac, etc)

Hey! Thanks for this library, it's a big time saver. I know other type classes might not be desirable (aeson, hashable, etc) because of imports, but this seems like fairly low hanging fruit. Is there an appetite to implement or accept a pull request?
