Feature request 0x1274f727adfe273ab6c: new language

I want to add my own download-script language. The 3 commands are download, exit, and open. EDIT: I need it compatible with .NET (I will test it with Telerik Progress JustDecompile) and I need the new ScintillaNET.dll on DLLMe. EDIT 2: The 3 commands can NOT BE USED AS ARGS.
