No Windows pre built binaries

No pre-built binaries for Windows. Please add them. This would help in gaining users. I appreciate that it can be built on Windows, but this is an unnecessary speed bump. Thanks.

More than just a small speed bump, getting a compatible cmake is no small feat either.
