We could try removing it with something like in here: https://github.com/18F/C2/issues/439 it rewrites the git history, but I don't think we really lose anything?

Yeah, I can see that not reprojecting it could be better, especially if we end up using other derived EUMETSAT data, like cloud masks or atmospheric instability, keeping everything in...

This one is VIS006 for 2020-05-18-15:25, which seems to not have any 0's in it, so it might be in the Zarr creation then. 

Sorry, I'm not sure the error there, that seems to potentially be a hardware issue, or local config?

This data is satellite derived, but is a reanalysis, so it's kinda in between, as it doesn't need the same processing as eumetsat, but is also no 5D like NWPs....
