Any way to delete Logs within Release 9.0.114

I am lost. Didn´t find any setting to rotate or clean the logfiles inside the startet unifi software.
How can i delete the logfiles? Any advice?

Tried to clean docker/Unifi/log folder. Stopped containter, renamed old log folder and created a new one. startet docker again. But this didn´t work as expected. Log files will be created new, empty, but log is after restarting still full with old data, so it is written somewhere else.
