slsWebpack.loadHandler is not a function

I am getting the following error when I run sls offline

slsWebpack.loadHandler is not a function

serverless 1.36.3 serverless-offline: 4.2.2 serverless-plugin-offline-kinesis-events: 1.1.1 serverless-webpack: 5.2.0 webpack: 4.29.1

The function loadHandler is removed in this commit

@yooouuri Thanks for the issue, I'll try to take a look in a couple of days. That said, it may no longer be possible to easily support this.
