HMR doesn't work properly

Hi! I tried using your template, but there issue related to import cache revalidation docs.

Everything works fine if you change remix dev --no-restart -c "bun run --hot server.js" to remix dev -c "bun run server.js". But this makes dev process slightly less performant.

I didn't manage to fix it by myself, so hope someone will figure out how to make it work without restarting app server.

Device: M1 MacbookPro, arm64
