Got lost in upgrade to Tailwind 2.0

Can't upload photos to dictionaries w/ letters that aren't the typical a-z letters.

To reproduce: upload a photo from https://livingdictionaries.app/ng%C9%99mba/entries/NrNLyZENxTK3LcF2CZdo Doesn't work because the ə in Ngəmba isn't a typical letter - it turns into "%C9%99" in the URL request that prepares photo...

Update Dictionary Name in page header to use Stuff props that can be passed upwards

Will make the dictionary name dynamic when changed in settings and it will eliminate the slightly hacky HTML+CSS that overlays it on top of the logo.

Now that deleted entries are being moved into a deleted collection, make a page whereby managers can see deleted entries and restore them if so chosen.

Also retroactively add those who missed this step - doesn't affect site functionality, but it is important for easy querying of the users in admin view.
