Links to notes with apostrophes `'` in the name are inactive

Describe the bug If you (wiki)link a note that has a ' in the name, it will be shown as inactive. It can be searched for, but the note's address doesn't mark ' presence too (http://localhost:1313/Links-inactive/).

To Reproduce

  1. Create a note with ' in its name
  2. Link it from another note (e.g. [[what's happening?]])

Screenshots

You can also see doubled letters in the search. This happens sometimes, but I haven't figured out when exactly.

Desktop:

  • OS: happens when I build locally (HUGO v0.101.0, latest hugo-obsidian) and through Quartz GitHub action.
  • Browser: tested on Brave (mobile) and Firefox (desktop)

Suspect this is due to ' being converted to ’ on Hugo render, will look into it

The same goes for .. I had notes that were called plural.sh or restack.io, these were not working as a file name. The workaround was renaming them.
