[Feature request] Generate permanent link (redirect html) based on id/uid/custom-property in frontmatter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, I found it is hard to change the folder structure without destroying shared links.

Describe the solution you'd like I made a small workaround to deal with this issue:

• Generate HTML based on id/uid/custom-property when running quartz build.
• Save them as pages/:number.html.
• This way, people can generate based on timestamp or unique id, and then share it with a URL like https://example.com/pages/20240101010101.html rather than https://example.com/zh-cn/happy/newfile.html.

Describe alternatives you've considered Save as JSON, and then read it when there is no matching HTML.
