What we need to do for mobile responsive, can we make it mobile responsive?

Anyone had any ideas on how to make this gallery mobile responsive? I was using Picasa web albums for my slideshows - on my Google Sites websites. But Google closed Picasa, and then changed to New Sites - which is far inferior to Classic sites, but still free. Need to know how to make the slideshow reduce to fit on a mobile.
