@sionab I went through and organized the code a little. I also updated your workflow to accept temperatures as an input parameter -- plus automatically handle each continuation step. I didn't run any of this code yet, so more testing is probably needed. Good work so far though!

@sionab let me know if you need any help! The next version of Simmate renames the workflow folder to apps, so I'll have to help edit things before you can merge / run tests.

0.12.0 was released a few months ago, so it will be on the next one (v0.13.0)!

When I clone my repo onto warwulf do I have to do anything else (besides the directions on simmate) to be able to do the 'git pull origin deepmd' thing?
