Stream failing on browser page refresh

If I refresh the streaming web page the image stream will not always start again and require multiple reloads until it does. I recall this being an issue in the past and it was fixed but it is happening again. Unfortunately, I can't recall the fix. Any hints of where to look for the cause?

I'm still searching for the cause is on the streaming failing on a reload. Any suggestions would be helpful.
