Switch out U2A7D (⩽) and U2A7E (⩾) for U2264 (≤) and U2265 (≥)

The new symbols U+2264 and U+2265 are in the 2200-22FF unicode block allocated for standard mathematical operators. The old operators are within the 2A00-2AFF unicode allocation for supplemental mathematical symbols and thus have worse support across different font-sets.
