Hi, maybe you want to add the following protocols to the README for EnemyTerritory / RtCW master server:

14 RTCWCOOP 57 RTCW 1.0 60 RTCW 1.4x 61 ioRTCW 82 ET 3.00 (inofficial) 83 ET 2.56 84 ET 2.60(b)

Thanks for the list of protocols but I think I will keep only the latest main protocol for each game in the main readme. If you want you could add wiki article with this list.
