macOS11 support

It looks like this App heavily uses SwiftUI Tables which are only available for MacOS 12+. It depends on the author if he wants to backport the features. I would appreciate it, because I also still use MacOS 11, because MacOS 12 doesn't seem like a upgrade for me.

Actually, I don't have a Big Sur Mac to test. I'm not sure it can normally run on MacOS 11, especially some scripts. If you would like, you can develop a compatible version and pull request.
