Unable to Install (Freezes at 21%)

Installation slowly climbs to 100%, drops to 0, and slowly climbs up to 21% where it freezes. It always freezes at 21.

So far, I cannot reproduce this error. Will keep trying. The initial download is large (which means slow), but it sounds like it is having problems while extracting. Until I can pinpoint the error, grab the ZIP file from https://github.com/jackkerouac/animated-spell-effects/tags and extract it into your modules folder.

Hello. I have been having the same install issue for many days. I have had to manually install each new update.

I get the same problem but it stops at 30 to 45% instead.
