No switch of Accounts

While we can use command+{1, 2, 3} to switch among accounts, there lacks a UI components to switch accounts. (Or I just didn't find it?)

@LukeXuan It should be the same account switcher as in the regular theme! Just hard to see because the coloring, so I'll look at that.
