Mod does not work in Version 2.13

As said on the nexus mods page, this mod no longer works in the most recent Cyberpunk 2077 update, and as such has broken loads of other mods.

When installed correctly, it does not create the Mod Menu and does not recognise mods installed that rely on this mod.

@Override5 It does actually work on 2.13 so check the latest red4ext log in Cyberpunk 2077\red4ext\logs\ at least for more info about what's wrong
