Integrate Bluetooth Mesh

Integrate bluetooth support into Protest so that Protest can work in the background. My bluetooth mesh project will be basis for that. Bugs need to be fixed in that project and when it is integrated we need to see whether or not it can play nice with the multipeer connectivity framework.
