Description

Work on a small number of the scenarios for the fix part of rule Md031:

  • bad_fenced_block_in_block_quote_in_block_quote_in_block_quote_with_previous_list_double_drop
  • bad_fenced_block_in_block_quote_in_list_in_block_quote_with_previous_list_double_drop_and_thematics
  • bad_fenced_block_in_block_quote_in_list_in_block_quote_with_previous_list_triple_drop_and_thematics

Additionally, checked the remaining Md031 fix bugs to make sure they are categorized correctly.
