Document and stabilize /nsm/gui API

All OSC messages starting with /nsm/gui/ were previously undocumented. This section of the API needs some work and then official documentation in the API document.

This has nothing to do with existing client oder server messages and will not have any impact on sessions. This part of the API is important if you want to write your own GUI.
