When I stop Jack it is always Stopping
Description
I was configuring Jack to use it as an alternative to VoiceMeeter in Windows 10, so I followed some tutorials that I found on the internet and I installed Jack2, ASIO4ALL, Synchronous Audio Router, Carla and asioconfig. All this to be able to create virtual cables and route everything where I want.
When I run QjackCTL, it works as espected but if I click on "Stop" it get stuck in "Stopping" It only happends when I have ASIO4ALL install.

I have this Setup.

And this is the Messages/Status when I click on "stop"

And it gets there for hours, I tried to leave it to see if it was something of time, but it never changes.
To close it, I used the task manager to force the quit, but if the program "jackd" is running, I can't close it, no matter what, it even affects when I turn off the computer.

Am I missing something?
Environment
- JACK Version: v1.9.20
- Operating System: Windows 10 Home
- Installation: I download it from the web page https://jackaudio.org/downloads/ and I used the 64bit version. Execute it as aministrador, ignore the fail of JackRouter.dll and after that I open the CMD as administrador en run the command cd C:\Program Files\JACK2\jack-router\win64 regsvr32 JackRouter.dll
Steps To Reproduce
I install Jack2, Synchronous Audio Router and ASIO4ALL, then I open asioconfig to create the virtual cables after that I open QJackCTL (as administrator or not) and go to the "Setup" menu and I change the "Interface" to ASIO::Synchronous Audio Router and then I Start Jack and adjust the input and output sound and then I stop Jack.
Expected vs. actual behavior
I expected to stop and save the modifications that I did. vs. what happened is that it get stucks and I can't close the program.
Not Jack's fault, SAR versions before 13.2 are broken and cause any program that uses ASIO to hang upon quit.
