Add DBus support/jackdbus

Figured it would be a good idea to at least write the issue down so it can be tracked. Currently jackdbus is missing from JACK1, which means tools like Cadence don't work with it. AFAIK the patch/changes for jackdbus for JACK1 can be found here, but it needs to be updated/rebased https://github.com/LADI/jack1
