对cookie的封装

在MDN上找到了一个封装好的cookie的库， 简洁优雅。

包括了常用的cookie的用法。

主要是利用了正则匹配，由于本人的正则水平一般就不多解释了， 利用encodeURLComponent() 进行加密， 所以cookie相对来说还是有点安全性的。
