When using the live version of the app, all the songs generated are copyrighted? What about when forking the project and tuning the model?

Although there is currently no clear legal precedent, AI-generated music is generally considered to be exempt from copyright. However, since the model is mostly trained on copyrighted songs, any output that resembles an existing song may potentially be subject to copyright laws.
