How strong is your commitment to actually maintain apg

Hi,

I have been maintaining apg in Debian GNU/Linux for more than two decades, and of course I was also hit by upstream disappearing. There is a (small) number of repositories on github that have recovered apg, with yours being the most "active" one that has at least seen an occasional commit.

Would you be okay with me regarding your repository as "upstream" for the Debian packaging? This does not include any obligation to fix bugs or continue development, but of course I would appreciate if somebody would work with the actual code.

In Mageia we already use this repo as the upstream for the package.
