Let camping bots move in circles instead of standing still
Description: Camping around lured Pokéstops means the bot is standing still. Instead, the bot should walk in a very small circle to keep breeding out those eggs.

A very small circle would be no good due to the way pogo calculates distance walked.
Hadn't people success with their room fan blades in the beginning? Thought, something like 2m radius would suffice.
I've seen some of those videos, but read that pogo calculates distance every 1 minute, so your "small circle" would have to be a 2-3 minutes long walk to be most efficient.
- Get exact lat/long of pokestop.
- Calculate a random point, A, on the circumference of the lures "area_of_effect" set by its radius like 25m by default ( new config file attrib  @jabbink ? ) approx and the point opposite to it on that same circumference, B.
- Walk to that point.
- Reduce speed to 0.7 metres per second.
- Walk from A to B until lure has ended.
- Profit.
since 50m at 0.7 m/s is over a minute slow hatching but better than none
Room fans only work because you're in a room and GPS can jump around hundreds of meters (protip: don't use the fan, just put your phone in a charger and let it go all day; When I'm sitting at work and do this I rack up 10+ km with the phone sitting still on my desk).
Testing and playing around actually showed a funny thing, turning gps on and off constantly on phone makes game character start running like a crazy chicken and amassing LOADS of km (I just hatched a 5km egg in like 15 min or so :O )
