Notification Request to add "No, thank you" button & Change "Allow" Button to "Izinkan"

Allow users to dismiss the notification request stripe by adding either a close button, or "Tidak, terima kasih" button on the page. Additionally, for consistency, I think "Allow" button should be updated to "Izinkan" since all of the site uses Bahasa and there are no i18n feature on site that I'm aware of.
