Time flow is invalid during combat

master branch, 0.20 I remember that in vanilla game it was like 1 minute per 2 turns, or something like that In ja2-stracciatella, in turn-based action time works like realtime. If you leave pc with open tactical screen for 30 minutes, the 30 minutes will pass in game. However, no actions were performed

You're saying you can open the laptop screen later and the game world time will have changed? Does it mean it can even switch to night time during waiting to perform a turn?

Can you test and time in the original, so we have something more definite to work with?

Not exactly. When you're performing a turn (turn-based action), just do not do anything, leave your tactical screen open for 10 minutes and 10 minutes will pass like it is realtime Ok I will try to find original game and check

Timed a turn for 5 mins, in 0.20.0-20221017+d95d98d and couldn't reproduce. In-game clock started at Day 30, 07:18 and after the 5 minute timer I tried opening and closing the map, opening and closing the laptop, saving and loading the game, and ending the turn. The in-game clock stayed the same. Although in my case the clock didn't advance at all even after over 10 turns. Going to test vanilla's behaviour now.

JA2 v.1.12 (build 04.12.02) from GOG, turn started at Day 1, 07:00 and didn't change after 5 minutes nor after at least ten turns, same as my Stracciatella test.

Just started new game and timer really doesn't advance It looks like it was some complex bug, because during combat timer shown as green (not red). Will try to capture savegame
