update wiki links

As noted by @zilti (in Engine issue #870) the SDK contains some outdated links to the JME wiki.

It has http://jmonkeyengine.org/wiki/doku.php/sdk:troubleshooting where it should probably have something like https://wiki.jmonkeyengine.org/sdk.html

In my use of the SDK, I've never encountered these links, but I found them easily by searching the source code.

This is true, there is a larger issue though because back then the SDK used to export the Wiki as XHTML to use for the in-place help of the SDK, this should also be addressed if possible sooner than later
