Installer does not observe destination folder correctly

Moved from the Engine Repo:

Attempting to install jME 3.1 in the directory D:\3d\jmonkeyplatform_3_1 fails. The installer will install jME in D:\3d\jmonkeyplatform. The _3_1 suffix is ignored. Observed with the 3.1-beta2-b001-SNAPSHOT Windows x64 installer. The JME sdk 3.0.10 Windows x64 installer works correctly.

So the problem here is really strange especially if it worked with 3.0 since we did not actually change something in that regards.

It could be related to the Switch from Netbeans 8.0 to Netbeans 8.1 though I doubt that actually.

Could be solved, now that we've updated installers and can/should do that again in the future.
