Feature request: allow use as an android TTS engine

Hi,

Setting this as an STT engine on android would allow using it by other apps. It would be neat as I'm self hosting a whisper endpoints.

The latest occurence is that I'd like to use it when using to stt feature of tasks.org to add new tasks via voice
