Feature request: add ${publishedMonth} var support

Thanks to arxiv-utils, i am saved from the repetitive work, and the downloaded file is auto renamed in a specified manner.

Add the support of variable publishedMonth will be quite appreciate. Thanks again.

An easy solution might be to use '20' followed by the first four characters of the id variable. The expected behavior is that if the id is '2402.16819', then the publishedYearMonth should be '202402'. #51
